Shipping Policy
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all the items on our website.
We use standard or priority shipping based on the item's qualification, weight, and customer location.
Items shipped from our warehouse will be delivered in 3-5 business days from your order date.
Made-to-order items are shipped from our suppliers and will deliver in 5-10 business days from the shipping date.
Pre-ordered items will ship when the project is completed. We will ask you to verify your address before we ship the items.

Return & Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer return or exchange on our delivered items. We try to provide accurate information about our items to the best of our knowledge.
If your item is lost or damaged in the shipping process, we will provide a full refund upon receiving the supporting documents.
Pre-ordered items are designed to support ongoing projects. To ensure the completion of such projects, we do not offer refunds or returns on pre-ordered items.
All pre-ordered items are covered under our lost/damaged policy for full/partial refund or exchange when they are shipped to customers.
Items marked delivered by the carrier (Tracking Shows Delivered) are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please follow up with your local carrier office to resolve the delivery issue or file a claim.
In the event that the Item is not claimed by the customer upon delivery, or it is returned to us due to invalid address, the customer will receive a partial refund. We will deduct the restocking fee equal to 20% of the total transaction amount, and the return’s shipping cost.
